Terms and conditions of the Civislend “Bring a Friend” Program
Welcome to the “Bring a Friend” Program (“the Program”). These terms and conditions
establish the terms under which you can participate in the Program and obtain benefits
for referring new investors to Civislend. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with
these terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
a) To be eligible to participate in the Civislend Program, you must be a registered user
and be at least 18 years of age.
b) Civislend employees, partners and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate
in the program.
How does the program work:
a) The Program allows you to refer friends, family or acquaintances to become
new investors in Civislend.
b) To refer someone, you must provide your personalized referral link
provided by Civislend through any platform that makes it easier for you to share with the
user referred to said link.
c) The referred person must register on Civislend using your referral link and make
your first investment for the reference to be valid. Once completed, you must wait for
that the project in which the referred person has invested is formalized.
d) Only one referral per person referred will be accepted. Multiple references will not be accepted
for the same person.

a) For each referred person who registers and makes their first effective investment in Civislend
