Coinbase Advanced API Multi-Portfolio Promotion Coinbase Advanced API Promotion Coinbase Advanced Referral Program Coinbase Referral Program The referral program lets you and your friends earn benefits (“invitee”) when your friends sign up and make a crypto purchase using your personal signup link. How to earn through referrals: Visit the referrals page on Coinbase.com or go to the “Invite Friends” tab in the Coinbase mobile app to get your referral link. You will be offered one of two incentives: Reduced trading fees via a Fee Reduction Window (as defined below). A bonus of ten dollars ($10) worth of BTC for every referred user who creates a Coinbase account, verifies their identity, and makes a qualifying purchase (max total bonus is $100 in BTC). Copy and share your referral link in an email, text message or via your favorite messaging app. Your referred user can open the referral link in the message and sign up for a new Coinbase account. Once your referred user completes a qualifying purchase, your Fee Reduction Window will begin or your bonus will be added to your Coinbase account within approximately two (2) hours. The referred user’s qualifying purchase must be completed within ninety (90) days of when they become trade eligible (i.e. they have verified their identity). Terms and Conditions If you receive the Fee Reduction Window benefit, the following terms and conditions apply: The limit on the trading fee reduction applied during the Fee Reduction Window is stated on the sign-up landing page. Trading fee limits may apply in local currency. To illustrate how the per trade cap works, if you receive a 50% trading fee discount and the per trade limit is $5, and you want to purchase crypto that would otherwise be accompanied by a $12 trading fee, if you make this trade during your Fee Trading Window your trading fee will be $7 (applying the 50% discount to the original trading fee, your trading fee would be $6 but the limitation on the discount of $5 means you will only receive a $5 trading fee discount). The percentage of the fee reduction varies and is subject to change without notice. Regardless of percentage of fee reduction, the per trade limit applies. Coinbase includes a spread in the price when you buy or sell cryptocurrencies or in the exchange rate when you convert cryptocurrencies. We do not apply the reduced trading fees on duplicate or false accounts. We also do not permit stacking of referrals for extended or multiple Fee Reduction Windows. There is a limit of one (1) Fee Reduction Window per referrer regardless of the number of successful referrals from a single referrer. The following terms and conditions apply to all benefits and participation of the Referral Program: The invitee must sign up using your unique referral code or referral link. This means they need to create a new Coinbase account directly from your link and have not previously created a Coinbase account. When you invite someone to join Coinbase via a referral code or referral link, that referred user must create an account and use hidden-url to make a purchase of any cryptocurrency with fiat currency (a qualifying purchase) in order for you to receive your referral benefit. If your invite purchases cryptocurrency on Coinbase Advanced, Coinbase Pro or Prime Broker, the purchases will not count toward referral eligibility. Further, the Fee Reduction Window benefit you may receive does not apply to trades made on Advanced Trading, Coinbase Pro, or Prime Broker. If an invitee fails to complete a qualifying purchase within the applicable time period, you will not receive your referral benefit.
