I've used Nexo since they were founded in late 2017-2018. Took part in the ICO and am one of it's earliest retail investors. This platform has been amazing. They have had their growing pains, what crypto service hasn't during this run though, but for me service has been flawless. I have taken out and repaid multiple loans for a total of almost 12k. I use the platform mostly for it's interest bearing services though, but avoiding some tax burden by borrowing against rapidly appreciating, but short-term holdings and then using those holdings to pay down my obligations once they've moved into the Long-Term Cap Gains bracket has saved me thousands of dollars.
