Free Trastra Visa card

When they say that the Trastra Visa card is free, well it is until you activate it, then you get charged a 15 euro yearly fee. My traditional bank eats away at 8 euros a month so I suppose 15 a year is not so bad. BUT (Capital letters) they said free. However to do them justice, after a month of being in the red they sent me an email advising me that my account would be terminated in the case I didn't use it which makes me feel better about this sudden fee. Now I can evaluate whether I want to use Trastra and its services,
