You get direct deposits 2 days earlier than normal, no monthly fees, no minimum balance, they let you overdraft and just let you pay it back next payday, and it is easy to connect to other accounts and use. The savings pods are a neat feature too. You can set it up so your debit transactions round up and it deposits that change into your savings pods.
