$15 Credit
@JapanVacation + Mint Mobile
For new customers, the most inexpensive plan per month is currently the 4GB data plan for 12 months. It costs $15/mo for cell service with unlimited texts and calling. It's fairly inexpensive if you only need a plan for yourself, and you can port in your existing number. Pro Tip: If you're transferring in as a first time customer, buy your plan/SIM kit on another website then redeem on Mint. Mint's website pads out their plan costs with several fees. Their referral program is extremely generous and it's pretty easy to get a year (or more) of free phone service if you have a few friends to refer. This is the big selling point of Mint in my opinion. If you keep referring people you can get a lot of free or low-cost phone service. Mint's service is based off T-Mobile's network and have never had problems with reception or audio clarity, but be sure to check your phone compatibility and service area before switching!
