I really enjoy working and partnering with Uber. I have worked for several of “the other” rideshare companies so I can say from experience that I prefer Uber & UE emphatically. The other companies make it difficult to resolve issues quickly or efficiently. I don’t need the company I work with to hold my hands. I am a self starter and self-motivator. But I can easily become overwhelmed unless I am able to find some structure, some continuity, and great-promotions help too!
