A few words from the HiRiBi Team to avoid PayPal account limitations! Which accounts are better to use for exchange: - use only a fully verified account - do not use other people's or stolen accounts - it is better if your account is not new. It should have transaction history, as even a small amount of regular activity on the newly created account can attract PayPal's attention. - you can start with requests of small amounts. If the account is new, the first transaction should be around $20-30 and gradually increase by $30-50 with each exchange. Take breaks between requests for 12-36 hours. - if your account has a transaction history and you have been using it for a long time, the first requests should be up to $500 anyway. - for any account, create requests up to $1000. Requests over $1000 can be dangerous even for accounts with a long history of payments. It's better not to take risks. - to increase your turnover it is better to use several accounts (for example, friends or family member's on their devices). I've had 5 small exchanges and I received the funds with no problems aside from my funds being on hold -> my account's old but had too few transactions so PayPal put my funds on hold for 21 days; about $1.5-$2 profit for each transaction of mine It's legit and still works up to this day BUT still be cautious and only use your extra money that you're willing to gamble!
