This is a fantastic coffee replacement that doesn't make you crash. I mainly use it 30 minutes-2 hours before I workout in the morning and I've noticed that it makes me perform better in my workouts, along with eating a serving of fruit with some overnight oats. I HIGHLY recommend making this into a latte with almond milk and some unsweetened hazelnut syrup. SO GOOD.
