Konvi app is the European crowdfunding platform that enables anyone to gain partial ownership into high-yielding, luxury assets like high-end limited edition watches and fine wine portfolios. Konvi's model works because their partners, like The Watch Fund, are able to source the most exclusive and inaccessible pieces under retail price, using their connection to the industry. You can then invest from €250 and the asset is purchased in the name of the investors. The assets have different appreciation periods, ranging from 2 to 10 years. At the end of the appreciation period, the partner is required to find an appropriate buyer within 6 months (aka inventory liquidation). The income is then distributed to all shareholders accordingly.
